We are operating on an "our doorstep or yours" policy of bringing food outside the store or using delivery. The store is closed to customer and visitor traffic. Pickup hours are between 11 and 5 pm Monday to Friday and noon - 5 on Saturday.
For all customers, our current shopping protocol is as follows:
"Our doorstep" PICK UP: Order and pay in advance (see below) and pick up on our doorstep, call when you get here or provide vehicle make/model and color.
"Your doorstep" DELIVERY:
Order and pay in advance for delivery. Orders under $75 there is a $5 delivery charge. Deliveries will be left outside your home at a predetermined time. When left on your step we will ring the doorbell and run 🙂
Essential Service Workers:
There are no delivery fees for essential services workers, seniors/immune compromised and those self isolating because of travel or possible exposure. Call or email us for info.
For all orders:
Call in or email your order to 902 446 8887, email email@example.com and pay by credit card or etransfer (we will email your total and a link to online payment/etransfer info). Please include products, quantity and when (approximately) you would like to pick up the order. Orders placed by noon will be available the same day.
If you are unable to pay in advance by credit card or etransfer, please let us know and we may be able to make exceptions.
For delivery, please also let us know the address for delivery. We will confirm date and approximate time of delivery. The current delivery schedule is Wednesdays for anything ordered and paid for by 5 pm on Tuesday and Fridays for anything ordered and paid for by 5 pm on Thursday. Delivery times may change based on demand.
Please do not buy more than you need, we do have some quantity limits in effect. All of our customers depend on our product availability for their pets. Not all are able to store or stockpile food, and our food is made in small batches to keep it healthy and delicious. Orders are now restricted to no more than a month's worth per home at a time.
