Our Doorstep or Yours? - updated COVID19 ordering/store operations

We are operating on an "our doorstep or yours" policy of bringing food outside the store or using delivery. The store is closed to customer and visitor traffic. Pickup hours are between 11 and 5 pm Monday to Friday and noon - 5 on Saturday. For all customers, our current shopping protocol is as follows: "Our doorstep" PICK UP: Order and pay in advance (see below) and pick up on our doorstep, call when you get here or provide vehicle make/model and color. "Your doorstep" DELIVERY:Order and pay in advance for delivery. Orders under $75 there is a $5 delivery charge. Deliveries will be left outside your home at a predetermined time. We appreciate your dedication to the health and safety of our communities, as well as keeping essential supplies available for everyone. Be Prepared! We have had a few people concerned about COVID-19, possible quarantining, whether we are open and food for their pets.As it stands, Health Mutts is open regular hours. Dog Food Drama and what does "Complete and Balanced” really mean? 

If you're on social media, you've seen reports from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) about dogs being fed certain grain free foods appearing to have higher incidents of a heart condition called Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM).  As a result of this most recent dog food scandal, we have seen several new customers who want to switch to raw because they’re feeding brands that were named in the report and are not comfortable with some of the products they’re being told to switch to.  WE WELCOME new customers and encourage people to feed raw.
